OUR STORY 

Jessica Post, owner and principal planner of POSTMODERN events started planning corporate events and seminars before realizing she was not getting her creative fix in the corporate world.  She finally made the leap to wedding planning to fulfill her obsession with themes and all things pretty. Trading in file folders, pens and projection screens for flowers, pocket squares and place cards, Jessica has taken her knowledge and skills learned through corporate events and combined this with event management and wedding coordination training.

For Jessica, events (and weddings in particular) combine her favourite things; to-do lists (specifically-checking things off), bringing people together, romance novels & movies, food, New York City (aka hustle & bustle), fresh flowers, smiles, and most importantly LOVE.

POSTMODERN's philosophy is to provide you with personalized, honest, thoughtful, and professional advice on any and all aspects of your event. Our goal is to be your friend, financial advisor, counsellor but most of all an experienced event professional that can guide you through what might otherwise be an overwhelming undertaking.
